New Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 On 2023-06-26 the final Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 on machinery was published in the EU Official Journal. It will come into force directly in every member state from 2023-07-19 and can be applied from 2027-01-20. The previous Machinery Directive remains in force until this date.
