New Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 On 2023-06-29, the final Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 was published in the EU Official Journal. It will come into force directly in every member state from 2023-07-19 and can be applied from 2027-20-01. The previous Machinery Directive remains in force until this date.
